About Liz

In-Person Training at Hybrid Strength Athletics in Chicago + Virtual Coaching & Online Programming World

With over 11 years of coaching experience, Liz helps clients build strength, confidence, and long-term consistency through individualized, supportive coaching.

She holds a degree in Exercise Science and is a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach, with experience coaching clients ranging from beginners to experienced lifters, including pregnant and postpartum individuals.

Her background includes strength training, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, mobility work, and injury prevention within scope of practice. Her coaching approach is centered around sustainability, education, and long-term progress.

As an affirming coach, Liz is passionate about building inclusive, equitable training spaces where people feel supported, respected, and empowered to take up space exactly as they are.

She believes training should help people feel more capable in everyday life — not just perform well on paper or chase extremes. Her goal is to help clients find an approach to movement and strength that feels challenging, sustainable, and adaptable to real life.
